This is our second vintage of Walla Walla Cabernet Sauvignon and we think it easily reflects the typicity of the Walla Walla AVA, from right inside the glass, with an addictive medley of scents-dusty cocoa powder covered red and black fruits, cooking herbs, and earthiness. A dynamic sensory of flavors on the palate, displaying black licorice, fresh wild berries, fig, and bright currant, edged with underlying umami earthiness that leads into a flinty, mineral and Szechwan peppercorn finish.

The flavor profile is bright and forward, exhibiting flavors of Bing cherries, rhubarb, cocoa powder dusted rasberries, and vanilla. This vintage displays a fine grained midpalate tannin structure balanced with moderate-to-high acidity that results in a medium-to-full-bodied wine.
